Reversoreos

The opposite of your usual homemade oreo. I like to call these reversoreos...because it's kind of fun to say plus that's basically what they are.

Here's the recipe:

1 box of French Vanilla cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil

Mix together. Roll into balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. When cooled add chocolate cream cheese frosting...recipe directly below.

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
2 to 3 tsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar

Add 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate and melt with the butter in microwave.

Beat cream cheese, butter and chocolate mixture, vanilla, and milk in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time. Store frosted bread, cake, or any remaining frosting covered in the refrigerator.

wow those I'd probably like!! I haven't liked the actual oreos one because of the Devil's food cake. Just don't love it for some reason.. but these?? these I'm gonna have to try! YUM!
